The joyfully fragrant way to start your day full of vigour and zip. This is blended to give a natural boost when energy levels start to flag, or to lift a mood.
A blend of 8 essential oils, including Lemon, Bergamot, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit and Neroli, each carefully selected for its energising properties.
Makes a wonderfully uplifting and revitalising massage. Just add 1-2 drops to a base oil.
Directions:
- There are several ways you can use your Energy Essential Oil Blend, depending on your mood and need.
- AROMATHERAPY: add a few drops to a burner or diffuser – just remember to extinguish or switch off before you fall asleep.
- SHOWER: add 1-2 drops to a base shower gel for an uplifting cleansing shower.
- MASSAGE: add 1 to 2 drops to a base oil for an energising massage.
- INHALATION: add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head and inhale the aromatic steam.
- Warning: Do not use undiluted on the skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Flammable. Consult your GP or Aromatherapist if you are pregnant.

Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil, Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) fruit oil, Citrus sinensis (Sweet orange) peel oil expressed, Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) peel oil, Citrus nobilis (Mandarin) peel oil, Citrus reticulata (Tangerine) peel oil, Citrus aurantium amara (Petitgrain) leaf/twig oil, Citrus aurantium (Neroli) flower oil, Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Geranoil, Farnesol, Eugenol. Naturally present in essential oils.
